Our broker partners have demonstrated a high level of professionalism, work ethic and ability to follow through on projects.  They possess excellent communication and follow up skills while working closely along side us and our funding sources.

Each partner we work with enjoys access to creative and robust funding options rarely found in today's commercial marketplace. To be considered as a partner of Compass, you must understand and agree to the following parameters:

  • All Compass brokers must have established fee agreements in place with their clients prior to commencement of project submissions.  We DO NOT pay brokers directly. These fee agreements may be listed on project pro forma and executive summary.
  • All Compass brokers and their associates must have signed NCND on file with Compass
  • All Compass brokers must NOT represent themselves as a broker of Compass or of Compass funding sources.
  • All Compass brokers must NOT represent themselves as a lender or funding source.
