Terms and LTV's will vary upon provider, project and other factors therefore each terms set is determined by the funding source that may view your project.

On many of the commercial programs our provders offer, credit scores do not matter, however this is not always the case and each deal and funding source will dictate individual requirements.

Creative Funding Programs Available for Non-Bankable Clients that Substitute Vested Capital for Project Equity - Flexible Solutions for most any Commercial Funding Project.

Compass has access to very strong funding programs that may require very little vested collateral or cash. These programs work on the strength of the project itself rather than principal personal wealth or vested project capital. Often times these programs can yield highly favorable LTVs, relaxed approval criteria and extremely fast and efficient closings. Please note that vested capital does not replace initial capital required on any commercial funding transaction.  Many programs may require capital but in most cases is proportionate to a very high LTV, unavailable with traditional funding routes.
